Frequently Asked Questions
Quick answers about our catalog, learning model, and support.
How long do I retain access to purchased courses?
You receive ongoing access for the lifetime of the course. If we retire a title, we will provide at least 60 days’ notice and offer an equivalent replacement where possible.
What equipment do I need to start?
Any camera with manual control works. We emphasize technique over gear. A tripod and basic audio recorder are helpful but optional for most beginner tracks.
Do you provide certificates?
Yes. Complete the course projects and knowledge checks to unlock a downloadable certificate of completion.
Are the lessons self-paced?
Yes. We suggest 25-minute focus blocks with short breaks. Each course includes a recommended weekly cadence.
What is your refund policy?
If a course does not match its description and you have not completed more than 20% of the content, contact us within 14 days for assistance. We review cases promptly and fairly.
Can I access materials offline?
Select lessons include downloadable resources. Videos are streaming-only to protect instructor IP.
Do you offer group or team licenses?
Yes. Contact us with team size and goals. We can design a private learning path and provide usage summaries.
Where should I begin if I’m new to camera work?
Start with Foundations, then move to Natural Light and Handheld Movement. Each builds core competencies without overwhelming you.
